"Got here just in time for Christmas"

"Canceling was easy, but still felt like a chore"
They canceled my order quickly and there wasn’t any hassle, which I appreciated. I just wish I didn’t have to put in the effort to deal with it in the first place

"I assumed the worst, but they fixed it fast"
My delivery time got messed up a bit and I immediately figured the whole order was going to be a problem. I was definitely annoyed. But customer service replied really quickly and got it sorted without making it a big thing. The fruit still showed up fresh, and my mom ended up loving it. i was quick to assume it was going downhill, but they handled it really well.

"I really liked being able to pick..."
I really liked being able to pick out the exact mix of fruit for the basket. It was super easy to customize, and my sister ended up loving everything I chose. i spent way longer than I meant to deciding between different fruits, kind of like when I go to the grocery store for one thing and come out with snacks I definitely didn’t need. But it turned out great, and I’d definitely do it again

"So fresh, seriously fresh"
The fruit tasted really, really fresh and was super sweet. The chocolate-covered strawberries were amazing too, not waxy at all. they were gone in like 10 minutes.

"Fair Delivery Fee"
The delivery fee was reasonable. I was expecting it to be higher, but it felt totally fair, especially since the fruit gift arrived on time. Overall, I’m happy with how it all went.

"Really fresh fruit overall"
I got a fruit box and was happy with it. Most of the fruit tasted super fresh, especially the strawberries, they were really sweet. The melon was good too. One piece of pineapple tasted a little off, but overall it was a great box and I’d definitely get it again.

"Easy tracking and right on time"
I ordered from Edible Arrangements for a gift, and the tracking made the whole thing way less stressful. I kept checking it here and there, and it was actually really clear about where the delivery was and when it was out for delivery. It ended up showing up right around the time I expected, which was a relief because you never really know with gift deliveries. Overall, smooth experience.

Support was friendly, didn’t make me jump through hoops, and kept the whole thing simple. It took a couple days for the money to show up, but overall it was a smooth fix. I ordered this fruit box for my mom, and it showed up right on time, which was nice. The strawberries, pineapple, and melon all tasted fresh, not mushy or old or anything like that, which I was a little worried about.
Everything looked clean and still chilled when it arrived. My mom said the grapes were really sweet too. Overall, I was happy with the whole thing and would definitely order this again

"Really easy to order"
The site was super easy to use. I found the fruit basket I wanted quickly, picked a delivery date, and checkout went through without any hassle. I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements a few times now, and I have to say my local store has been really reliable. The fruit has always been fresh, pickup times are actually accurate, and the staff is friendly without making it feel like a big production. It’s not some over-the-top experience, but that’s kind of what I appreciate about it—they just do what they say they’re going to do. For a quick gift, I think that’s more than enough.

"Heads up: delivery was right on time"
Just wanted to put this out there for anyone ordering for an important date, my order arrived exactly when they said it would. The driver was friendly too, which was a nice bonus. I was relieved because it was for my mom’s birthday, and a late delivery would’ve been a real problem. Thankfully, everything went smoothly.

"Good substitution, but the communication was a bit confusing"
They had to swap one of my items and did call me first, which I appreciated. The replacement ended up being fresh and really nice, so no complaints there. I just wish the communication had been clearer because I was a little annoyed trying to figure out exactly what was being changed

"Great size and totally worth it!!"
I ordered from ediblearrangements.com for my mom and was actually really happy with it!! The fruit box was nice and full, not skimpy at all like some delivery gifts can be. There was plenty for a few people to snack on, and even some left for later. Great size for the price, and I’d definitely order again!
